Donation & Refund Policy

We appreciate your generosity. This policy explains how donations to the Cirak Foundation are handled.


1. General Terms

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.

  • All donations are used to support our charitable programs globally, including in India.

  • We provide official donation receipts for all contributions.


2. Currency and International Donations

  • Donations may be made in your local currency.

  • International donors are responsible for bank fees, currency conversion costs, and local taxes.

  • For donations to our India programs, contributions from outside India may be subject to FCRA regulations.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided as donations are immediately allocated to charitable work.

  • If a duplicate or unauthorized donation occurs, contact us within 7 days for review.


4. Tax Deductions

  • Tax benefits vary by country. Please consult your local tax authority.

  • If your donation is intended for India, check Section 80G or FCRA rules for eligibility.
